The use of external tools to illicitly obtain EXP, UC, items, etc.

is defined as [Abuse]
Actions that fall under this category are punishable in Cosmic League.
More detailed examples are outlined below.
The preceding actions constitute Abuse and are considered a violation of the Terms of Service.
[CyberStep Services Terms of Usage] Article 15 is put into effect, allowing for the complete restriction and locking of accounts found to be in violation.
As actions that fall into the category of Abuse are disruptive to the gameplay experience of other players, accounts which have been marked for permanent restriction will not, under any circumstances, be made available at any point in time.
Disruptive actions which do not directly meet the criteria above may also be considered on an individual basis to be bannable offenses. As such, members of the service team are given the authority to perform permanent account restrictions at their discretion.
The accidental usage of a bug before it is patched out and made public in an official announcement is considered a separate matter from the category of abuse.
The abuse of a bug is defined as the intentional and malicious use of a system function in an improper manner for the sake of personal gain or to disrupt another player's experience.
Reports of actions fitting the above criteria will be investigated by members of the service team. Logs including chat history and actions will be reviewed before a decision is made and disciplinary measures are enacted.
Players are responsible for the security and management of their own accounts.
The following actions constitute a breach of the Terms of Service and are therefore considered punishable offenses. The service team does not condone these actions and is not obligated to assist players in the event of preventable account loss.
Any of the above criteria may be changed at the discretion of CyberStep and its divisions.
